Whatever you send through the forms (name, email address, phone number, project description) is collected for one purpose only: answering your enquiry and preparing a quote. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request. The data controller is Mattis Mancet.
That data is kept for three years from our last contact, then deleted. It is never sold or passed on. It travels through Cloudflare, Inc. (site hosting) and Resend (email delivery), who act as processors and may handle it outside the European Union, under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, object to and port your data by writing to mattis@qartz.dev. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies, and collects no browsing data for commercial purposes.
